Our production department comprises:
• Specialised workshop: an area equipped with high-tech equipment and machinery, dedicated to the precise and timely maintenance of the moulds used in production.
• State-of-the-art moulding department: the beating heart of the company comprises 11 injection moulding machines, with capacities ranging from 62 to 440 tonnes. The specific characteristics of each machine allow us to produce small and medium-sized items of varying weights.
• Top-quality materials: we mould using a wide range of polymers, including polyurethane, polycarbonate, ABS, MOPLEN, acetal resin and nylon derivatives. Through continuous research and rigorous testing of new plastic products, we remain at the forefront of the industry, selecting the most suitable materials based on the intended use of the item.
